Michael Moore's next effort is coming out tomorrow. The free, Internet-accessible movie will be (according to the legendary guy himself): "the first time ever that a major feature-length film is debuting as a free download on the internet -- legally."
He wants to do this to thank his loyal followers/fans, as well as to incite young voters to go out and vote during the 2008 election.
The movie will cover Moore's experiences during 2004, as he traveled across the country to try and have an effect on the election (i.e., get anyone but Bush in the White House for the next four years). As we all know, he wasn't successful. *sigh* Moore lovingly calls his attempt the Slacker Uprising tour of US university and college campuses--and we learn all about his successes, the friends he made along the way (I'm assuming this one, though he usually does cover alliances in his films), lessons learned, and interesting attempts at interfering with this initiative.
I'm personally looking forward to checking his movie out. Here's the trailer.
