This is a postponed review, since I read this book on Christmas Day. The book's complete title is Transforming Your Dragons: How To Turn Fear Patterns Into Personal Power, and it's written by Jose Stevens. This is a mouthful of a title, but in reality the book is really approachable and helpful.
It's a great book for individuals interested in learning about their personality, maturity, and more importantly, learning how to identify and cope with innate stress/weakness reactions. It's very much about taking a negative and making lemonade out of it with some minor effort and work. It's very approachable and easy to understand, and after finishing it, you can't help but feel better equipped to handle whatever's coming your way.
There's lots of self evaluation required so bring along some paper and a pen or pencil.
