Sometimes I eat breakfast. When Spring is around the corner, I invariably begin to think cute packaging. So I revert to my bento box collection to pack breakfast or day-long snacks.
Today's yummy, comes in a new, yellow bento box that I bought at Mitsuwa during this past weekend's escapade. The larger bottom tier features barley and umeboshi; followed by the top tier full of black beans with lemon juice. Simple but nutritious and high in protein, just how I like it.
