I'm reading and this article pops up: "The Mindfulness Guide for the Super Busy".

My "slow" opportunity, alas, is either when it's my turn to enjoy the showering facilities in the master restroom, or else, while treating myself (or a friend) to some delicious sushi. Those are the only true slow enjoyment and mindful moments I get anymore. I'm trying to increase my sushi time to twice or thrice a week...shall see how it works out.
