1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 fillets flash-frozen tilapia
2 tbs Cuervo margarita
3-4 tbs butter
1 cup chopped, frozen green beans
Large pan with lid
Place butter in a large pan, and over medium-low heat, melt completely. Add ginger garlic paste and press evenly into the butter to cover the pan bottom.
Add the tilapia fillets and sprinkle margarita evenly over the top. Add the green beans to the outer sides of the fish on the bottom of the pan.
Cover and let steam-cook for 10 minutes or until green beans are to taste and the fish is completely cooked through.When fish begins to cook through, use spatula or fork to chop it into bite-size chunks.
