Cereal Review: Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat

I decided to purchase breakfast cereal after a very long time. I've delved into granola and muesli, but this is my official box of cereal in quit ea while.

The shape of the Kashi, Heart to Heart Honey Toasted Oat reminded me of Cheerios, but somehow healthier.

I remember once purchasing Cheerios at the local Cub Foods, and discovering when I had it the next morning, that it was expired and full of little bugs. Needless to say, this is one of my most disgusting experiences after moving to the US!

Kashi has a long history of being perceived as healthy, whole grains made yummy for your dining enjoyment and consumption. This cereal has a great crunch even when moist, and it fills me up well for a quick breakfast. It's already slightly sweetened, so no additional sweetener is added. I like it better with plain, unsweetened almond milk than with 2% dairy.

I would definitely buy this again!
