Protein Shake Recipe

1 medium banana
1 tb organic creamy peanut butter
3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tb agave syrup
1/2 cup plain kefir
1/4 cup almond milk -- or other dairy

Carefully add all ingredients into a blender. Blend well, scraping sides down if required. Serve in a chilled glass. Great after-workout treat.
