Thigh and Hip Opener Vinyasa

I developed a practice I want to begin using in-between classes, that targets tight hips and flexors:

  • reclining big toe
  • knee to armpits
  • fish pose
  • knee to armpits
  • bridge + one leg lifts
  • knee to armpits
  • upward bow
  • child's pose
  • reclining hero
  • savasana
