Here's a slideshow of my favorite photos of 2011 from my Flickr collection.
I picked my top favorites, even if the quality may not always be as good as I'd like, the sense of the moment was strong and needed capturing.
Looking through them I regain a sense of what the year was like. This was one of the hardest years yet for me, because I lost two people who were close to me. I'm hoping 2012 will be gentler on me.
