Dancing on Lighter Feet

I've been taking weekly dancing classes these past two weeks. It's just a half hour lesson each time, plus a one hour group lesson the next day. I've learned a lot about being lighter on one's feet, and adding a lot of show to "fake it till you make it."

I like coordination exercises which involve thinking, a particular set of steps, and balancing physically. It's challenging and I think it helps the little grey cells stay healthy longer.

As for my actual, physical dancing capabilities...well, they're a work in progress. Practice, practice, practice.

I've gained a new appreciation for the grace, coordination, and swiftness, that dancers in competitions or just out at the local shindig, showcase with each step they take.
