Traveling to Washington DC

Annual trip to Washington DC for my company took place. It's ever so nice to get back home!

I enjoyed seeing the sights, and it wasn't too terribly humid.

The Washington Monument is being repaired after 2011's earthquake.

My usual treat is taking a pic of the roof of the white house from the First Amendment Lounge in the National Press Club, where our event takes place each June.

DC has great architecture and green spaces. Plus, I discovered a Pret a Manger! Love it in London and wasn't aware this existed in the US.
